Mrs. Terri Smith...Her Story
Meet Mrs. Terri Smith, a fifth generation New Meadows resident! Mrs. Smith has been teaching first grade at Meadows
Valley School for seven years. For fifteen years she helped at the school as a paraprofessional. Mrs. Smith attended
Meadows Valley School, kindergarten through the twelfth grade and she graduated in 1988.
In 2005, Mrs. Smith earned
her Bachelors of Science degree in Elementary Education from the Lewis-Clark State College. Mrs. Smith enjoys her family, sports, and the outdoors. She is married to a
wonderful man named Randy for 21 years. Mrs. Smith has a daughter LeAndra, who is a sophomore attending Lewis-Clark
State College, majoring in Field Biology. Her second daughter is a senior, Randi Leigh who is the Student Body President.
Her son Cody is a freshman and loves the outdoors. She loves to read Junie B. Jones books to her students.
Mrs.
Smith says that it is a privilege to teach in the same school that gave her so much as a student.
